By participating in the Full Contact Podcast, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consent to Recording: You grant Ray Mancini and the Full Contact Podcast the right to photograph, film, and record your appearance, voice, and likeness in any format (the “Recording”) for use in the Full Contact Podcast (the “Film”).
2. Editing and Use of Recording: You acknowledge that Ray Mancini and the Full Contact Podcast have the sole right to:
   • Edit and delete material from the Recording to produce the Film.
   • Rearrange the sequence of events in the Film.
   • Make any changes to the Recording or the Film at their discretion, including using the Recording with any other material.
   • Perform any actions or omissions that might otherwise infringe on your moral rights as a performer.
This consent is granted for the benefit of Ray Mancini, the Full Contact Podcast, their licensees, assignees, and future owners of copyright in the Recording of your performance.
3. Acknowledgment of Ownership: You acknowledge that:
   • Ray Mancini and the Full Contact Podcast own all rights, including copyright, in the Recording.
   • Ray Mancini and the Full Contact Podcast are not obliged to use the Recording in the Film.
   • Any use made of the Recording is an authorized use.
You release Ray Mancini and the Full Contact Podcast from any liability for any infringement of your rights arising from their use of the Recording, including but not limited to claims under tort law, contract law, and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and equivalent state and territory legislation. Credit for Appearance: You agree that Ray Mancini and the Full Contact Podcast will determine, at their sole discretion, how your appearance in the Film will be credited.
4. Representation of Authority: You represent that you have the full power to enter into this Release and that the terms of this Release do not conflict with any existing commitments on your part.
5. Irrevocability and Transferability: This Release is irrevocable, and the benefit of this Release may be transferred by Ray Mancini and the Full Contact Podcast to their licensees and assignees.
6. Rights to Exploit the Film: You agree that Ray Mancini, the Full Contact Podcast, their assignees, and licensees have the right to:
   • Exploit the Film and the Recording in any and all media and methods of communication to the public, whether such media is currently known or developed in the future.
   • Use your name, photographic or other likeness, voice, or other information concerning you to publicize and promote the Film.

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the conditions outlined in this document.
