Our policy on returns, cancellations, and programme commitments.
At Ray Mancini (https://raymancini.au/), we strive to deliver high-calibre publications, digital content, and executive performance coaching. This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the terms governing purchases of our books, articles, and subscriptions to the PxT Membership Programme.
By purchasing any product, article, or membership through our Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All sales of books, digital publications, downloadable guides, and individual articles purchased through the Site are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change of mind, incorrect selections, or failure to read product specifications prior to purchase.
Under Australian Consumer Law, if a physical book arrives damaged or defective, or if a digital file is technically corrupted and cannot be accessed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@raymancini.au with proof of purchase and photographs or details of the defect. We will provide a replacement copy or resolve the technical issue promptly.
The PxT Membership Programme is structured as an annual commitment managed through a 12-month subscription model.
The first 3 months of the PxT Membership Programme carry a strict non-refundable policy.
We recognise that life-altering events occur. In the event of extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances, strictly limited to:
the membership may be cancelled within the initial 3-month period. To initiate a cancellation under these circumstances, written notice along with supporting documentation must be submitted to support@raymancini.au. Upon verification, future billing will cease immediately.
If you are unsatisfied with the PxT Membership Programme, you may request to cancel your subscription after completing the initial 3-month commitment period, subject to the following strict criteria:
You must submit a formal cancellation request in writing to support@raymancini.au.
You must provide one (1) full month notice in advance prior to your desired cancellation date. Billing will continue through the standard one-month notice period.
To help us continuously refine our services, your written notice must include detailed feedback and the specific reason for your cancellation request.
Example: If you wish to end your membership at the conclusion of Month 4, your formal written notice and feedback must be received no later than the end of Month 3.
PxT Membership subscriptions are billed automatically according to your agreed schedule (monthly or annually).
Once a valid cancellation request has been processed following the mandatory one-month notice period, your access to exclusive member resources, community portals, and coaching perks will terminate at the conclusion of your final paid month.
Attempting to initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first following the formal cancellation procedure set out in this policy may result in immediate suspension of all accounts and legal recovery of outstanding subscription balances.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund of the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
